This Steinway “M” 5′  7 3/4″ Baby Grand was completely reconditioned in 2005. It has been lightly used since, kept in tune and covered when not in use.

• New maple pin block
• Refinished soundboard
• Refinished Bridges
• New strings and tuning pins (2005)
• Re-leather pedals and trapwork
• Keys were cleaned and leveled
• New bed felt on frame
• New felts on dampers
• Heads cleaned and refinished
• Underleavers and Flanges re-conditioned
• New Let-Off Button Felts
• Hammers are Steinway M Factory
• Shanks, Flanges and Whippens are Renner
